Jim Malsh

Jim Malsh - Co Chair

Jim Malsch serves as the Chief Executive Officer for ECS. Jim brings over 24 years of relevant experience to the business. He began his career as a Systems Engineer for a national IT Services company from 1987 to 1994. In 1994, Jim co-founded and became President of Enterprise Computing Services. Over the years, he has negotiated several successful mergers, including those with Synapse Multimedia and ArkLaComp Computers, which have grown the business and allowed ECS to become a full service IT consulting house. Jim prides himself in finding, convincing and surrounding himself with the best people to help grow the business beyond anything he could ever imagine. His hobbies include playing the electric bass (you may recognize him from the 1982-1984 tour of The Killer Bees), photography, and cooking.

Taylor B. Jamison

Taylor B. Jamison is the Interim is the Executive Director of the Strategic Action Council and the Managing Director of the Minority Supplier Institute. Taylor joined the staff of the Minority Supplier Institute (MSI) in July 2014 as the Director of Strategic and Corporate Partnerships. Taylor is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Louisiana at Monroe. Taylor joins MSI after serving as the Sports Event Manager for the Shreveport Bossier Sports Commission where he was responsible for recruiting various sporting events across the country to the local area. Taylor is a consummate professional and brings a wealth of experience in community outreach, social media and traditional marketing. From his past experience in working with Aramark, Southern Strategy Group and the City of Bossier, Taylor understands the importance of the intersection between policy and politics.
Having worked hand in hand with both business and government leaders, Taylor brings a unique understanding of designing, developing and sustaining strategic public and private partnerships. Taylor has dedicated himself to being an integral and active member of the Shreveport Bossier community and in his spare time he volunteers at local shelters, volunteers with the young adult church ministry. Taylor is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
